I was very impressed with how he got the van onto tow truck he really took his time and was careful with my vehicle. Even when unloading he only had a small spot to put vehicle and he did such a great job!! I will use powers towing for all future needs. Jeremy was my driver and he couldn’t have been more accommodating and calm. He Even allowed me to bring my dog into the tow truck. Not only was he excellent at taking care of my car and getting it on the bed, but he was very conversational and empathetic for my hard day. It’s hard to find Employees like this. He was professional and just an all-around cool dude, treated the car like it was his own and understood the responsibility of transporting the car. Also arrived in a timely manner. After waiting hours for roadside assistance through my vehicle manufacturer, I called Powers out of frustration. Not only did they come within 20 mins, but they explained to me that my roadside company would likely pickup the bill for their service. Which they 100% did. Jeremy showed up and like a ninja with a flat bed, had my car up and secured in no time. He said he would text when he dropped the dead carcass of my Subaru at the dealer in Naperville. 1.5 hours later, that text showed up with a description of where he put the car and key at the dealer. At the end of the day, you really want three things from a tow company: quickly pickup the vehicle, be careful with the vehicle and deliver on promises.
